We calculate the number of messages you can send based on a credit-based pricing model. Depending on the Destination and Carrier Fees, each message will cost a different number of credits. See below for more details on how much each messages costs depending on the destination
How do credits work?
Credits are used to send SMS messages. Each message typically costs 1 credit, though some messages may cost more depending on destination and carrier fees. Credits are non-transferable and expire according to your plan.
How many messages does a credit cover?

  • Do all plans include the same features?
    Yes, all plans include the same features. The only difference is the number of credits you get.
    What happens after plan cancellation?
    After cancelling your plan, you can continue to use your remaining credits for 15 days. After this period, any unused credits will expire, and you'll need to purchase a new plan to continue sending messages.
    Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
    Yes, you can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to the new credit limit. When downgrading, you'll keep your current plan until the end of your billing period. If upgrading, you will receive a refund for the unused portion of your plan according to the days remaining before the end of the billing period.
